I bought a few guitars from ProAudioStar, an EVH Standard and some Charvels...never had any problems with them and Hagstrom makes good quality guitars, they don't often go on sale and when they do, they usually sell out quick.

Hagstrom has had a long history and was originally manufactured in Sweden. I had a 1967 Hagstrom 12-string and we used it extensively. Back in the mid-60's the price was quite reasonable so they were s bit higher priced than Danelectro and Harmony. Good bang for the buck. Hagstrom does have a setting for a sound that is quite distinctive. You don't hear it often but when you do, well - there ya go.

I bought from proaudiostar multiple times as well.
Only issue was a bass arrived with the headstock snapped off. Proaudiostar customer service handled it quickly with a prompt refund.

I played guitar for a second but felt my huge hands made it harder. Playing bass was easier, are either of this guitars good for big hands

it worth mentioning that these guitars have "Resinator" fingerboard. According to reviews, there is nothing wrong with it, but if you expect rosewood or ebony - this isn't it.
Guitars Made in China, in case anybody cares.
