At least in my experience, expect one sandwich worth of toppings on both sandwiches combined.

For real, I walked out with my online order and it was alarming how light the bag felt. My steak sandwich was supposed to have extra onion, extra green pepper, and regular jalapeƱos. Simple, not trying to get every topping. Man only like 3-4 slivers each of green pepper and onion. Never mind extra, how's that a normal amount? Super disappointing even as a BOGO.

I was just craving a Tuna sandwich. Got the app & finally made my sandwich online on the app then it says no good.
I try for another coupon... no good.

The only way that you can get your sandwiches made right is to either order it there -or- if you have to place the order online/on the app (in order to use a coupon deal), then place the order right there and tell them exactly how you want the sandwich made (you can ask for more of the toppings that way, if necessary). They often take advantage of online orders and intentionally use a minimal amount of ingredients)! It really sucks!

The only deals that work at all locations are the nationally advertised ones (like the current BOGO 50% off deal). All the rest are YMMV, because the individual locations can opt out of them! It's a very bad policy, since most locations choose to opt out. The downside of franchised locations!

This place makes my stomach upset whenever I eat there. It tastes like their bread is made of plastic. I don't know how you guys do it.

Also, every owner hates you and hates corporate. It's just not a good vibe, just like their child raping mascot, Jared.

Subway has a long history of pissing their franchisees off. A great majority HATED the $5 Footlong promotion, for instance.

I haven't been able to use any codes lately despite them being applied. I receive a message saying "Sorry, qualifying items are missing to redeem this offer, or a better deal has been applied".
