There is a thread on reddit about this. According to a couple people there, yes you get a sealed case.
was thinking about picking this up for my first Pokémon card box, which would you recommend???
The reprint is only confirmed to be the Japanese 151 and that's coming in May. No word on Scarlet Violet 151 which is what we have in the US. I'm sure they'll reprint it too but more than likely it will be much later in the year.
