I've had two pairs of these (one bought, one gifted) and they both dulled unbelievably quickly. I would not recommend them even at this price.
I've owned these for years and still find them to be very sharp and strong, but I use them for things like cutting open hard plastic packaging rather than meat.
This is a great deal, but I just can't buy kitchen scissors that don't separate for cleaning anymore.

I do not recommend these. The rubber soon separated and became a food inclusion risk.
IMHO it is not necessary to get the separating scissors unless you are doing heavy stuff. I use knives for that.
But it IS necessary to have shears be all SS or nearly all SS. Rubber handles is a bad idea. There are expesnive SS shears and there are really cheap ones. Both work really well. Here is the one I chose, not because I am cheap but because it works well. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...UTF8&psc=1
Most Ross, TJ Maxx, Home Goods, and similar stores always have these from 3.99 to 6.99 depending on the store. They dull fast but at the price point it's to be expected.

Just buy 20 of these and throw them away when dull

These from Walmart are surprisingly good and less than $1. I'd recommend trying them if anyone needs kitchen shears.
Why not use a knife sharpener? Most "dishwasher safe" utensils dull in the dishwasher but using a sharpener brings them back to life.
