If you mean the insulated gray Costco tote bags they give with Executive membership or credit card applications, then the Ozark 50-can tote is very similar. I have used the gray Costco bags for grocery shopping a few years and they hold up well. I just bought the Ozark and it is just as good. It has a zippered pocket and zippered top closure, whereas as the Costco has a fold down closure.
