It's not a good deal. Not even close. This size bag of Oreos is currently on sale for $2.49 at Kroger when you buy three or more.
My father invented the oreo package that opens and reseals - it was called project "arrowhead" because we used to go to sites the soil was recently excavated and find arrowsheads as a kid. Cool to see so many variations over the years
Wow when did a pack of oreos for 4 dollars get to be a good deal?

Assuming you're being honest about the story... That's pretty cool.

1) Where's the connection with finding "arrowheads"?
2) Nothing personal....but that resealable package is the worst! Once you've opened/closed it a few times, it doesn't seal well, air/humidity leaks in, and the cookies become soggy as a result! It was obviously designed only for those who eat the entire package quickly! I always have to place it in a ziploc bag (since it's unhealthy to eat the entire package that quickly).

Sonoco (who packages it) has a tropical environmental room at 100% humidity and 90+ degrees they leave the packaging in for months and it has to open/close much more than a few times, ziplocks tend to be required for other packages. "The worst" is one way to describe a package that won enough awards that nabisco used it and similar tech on a lot of their other packaging — hate to hear you've had a bad experience, its saved a lot of people from zip locks

At a different company I worked at, an intern got stuck in that room for 20 minutes (there are emergency buttons, don't worry). But he sweat through all his clothes. What a sight.
