Is it me, or does it show in the app that burritos are $13.99 a La carte ($15.99 for the meal)??? That's insane! Location in San Jose CA.

I assume this is how Breaking Bad got the idea for Los Pollos Hermanos.

They are known for their flame grilled chicken. I used to frequent in the 90s and 00s some, but never a burrito. The old college try I will give it.

Anyone try their classic chicken burrito before? Is it same size as their others? I've gone to Pollo Loco many times, but mainly for their chicken taco al carbon (street taco) when my local store did them for $0.99 each on ever Tuesday

This is the way. Prices have gone up quite a bit, and I only go when I have one of the $2/off coupons, at least. I get them pretty often in the app, though.

Also, they can be a hit and miss. If you go into one and it sounds like a Mexican kitchen, it's legit. I've gotten burritos the size of bricks. I'd go often enough that they would just hand me my order when I walked in...

Others, I'll never go back.

As I mentioned in the edit, it's only for signups in the app. I had signed up on their site and did not receive it. Used a different email through the app and got it as soon as I refreshed the page.

That has very little to do with the prices. They are $12+tax a la carte here in Colorado. Minimum wage being increased has very little impact other than greedy corporations using it as an excuse to raise prices when they are already receiving record profits year over year. The reality is the cost of living, inflation, and corporate greed causes most of these increases. Be better.

I have tried both on the website and in the app to checkout using the bogo but it fails every time. Wondering if anyone else is having the same issue?

Haha, nope, not in the slighest. It's grilled chicken, cheese, sour cream, avocado & veggies.

I guess you could ask them to hold the chicken & dairy, but at that point, you're just getting a bean & veggie burrito.
