Doesn't include the full-blown more recent restoration of The Motionless Picture (actually my favorite), as seen on Paramount+ in UHD and HDR (Director's Cut).

Need a deal on the Star Trek: The Next Generation 4-movie 4k set. It was briefly on sale for $52 last year, but for 4 movies, that's a bit much, especially when 2 of them were mediocre.

I mean, Undiscovered Country was great, it's a big loss not to include it.

I didn't watch Final Frontier until the 2000's without knowing anything about it because no one talks about it, but yeah it's a stinker. Interesting concepts with no follow through or satisfying explanation.

I think VI is great and actually a better end/transition than Generations was. There were dumb legal things that made V what it is but hopefully Strange New Worlds finally addresses the whole Sybok thing like it hinted at

They did this a quick cash grab once they finished the transfers on the first four films.. I FORCED myself to wait, as big a Trekkie as I am, because they ALWAYS release the full set later for things like this. This thing was selling for $60-80 when it came out and I hope they sit in retailers' warehouses and rot lol. It paid off waiting as was able to pickup the complete 6 film set a while after release for about $50 on sale.

Well they did eventually release the complete set of all 6 original series films and is selling on Amazon for $76.99 right now. If you don't care about Star Trek V and VI, then yes this deal is worth jumping on. The individual 4K releases are also selling for about $20 right now so you could just pick those two films up in addition to this deal but then you're spending $68 doing that to have a non-OCD compliant arrangement of discs on your shelf lol. But if that doesn't bother you, like myself haha, then it would be cheaper sure. I got the 6 film set I think around $60ish last year.

Not a bad deal if you need them RIGHT NOW, but the 6 film set is about double and has the director's cuts. Just wait a little for that instead.
