You have to install Steam and D/L the game with the included code.
So unless you want the poster and artwork disc, it's only $20 do D/L on Steam
Red alert when it was originally released included a hardcore manual, tech tree documents and two cds that let you lend a copy to a friend to play multiplayer. Physical copies used to have their perks. Companies have cheaper out so much in the past 30 years.

Sorry, probably a dumb question but I can't tell
C&C / RA have been available for a LONG time on Origin, GOG, EA etc for significantly cheaper than this - and has much more titles included than only this limited version.
I get this has a few little things included with it (and a CD? lol), but for $30+ to not include RA2 (the best one of the franchise), RA3, Generals, and all the other titles is very weird.
The C&C series was one of my favorite series from Westwood growing up...but I can't recommend this Special Edition version, remastered or not...when things like the Ultimate Version have existed for much longer.

That was my thought as well. I guess the artwork? I bought the $5 version and it included every game in the series.
