It's irritating that a few of these titles are available in 4K but are only be offered here in HD (IE->Contraband, The Visit, The Dog's Journey).

I've bought multiple qualifying movies and have never been able to sign up for Universal rewards. Always get an error. I email support and by the time they get back to me, the 2 week window has passed. Makes me furious. I just gave up.

Yes. I had 5k points and The Visit was the only one that caught my eye. No 4k at all for the month surprised me.

I've bought multiple qualifying movies and have never been able to sign up for Universal rewards. Always get an error. I email support and by the time they get back to me, the 2 week window has passed. Makes me furious. I just gave up.

Tried again,
It was happen to me.
By the time I was able to sign in, I received the points during error process. Maybe I am lucky, hope to hear other stories
Now I got 10k of point since signup

any chance if we wait, that they'll update the code redemption (any code redeemed shows all the movies as available choices) for the ones that have 4k but are just hd? really hoping to get that "wanted" 4k, much cheaper than buying the shout factory disc Wink

No they typically will not update once the rewards are out. The digital 4K for Wanted is not the same transfer as the disc anyway and has no HDR. The disc has Dolby Vision

CS for this company is absolutely the worst! I have a ton of movies I've bought and sent them emails with photos of receipts and digital receipts and invoices and they did not honor most of them. If you bought from gruv it has to be uploaded in a certain way or it's rejected. Best Buy online orders don't have actual receipts and they don't take the app generated invoices. What a stupid thing to do.
