When I clicked the link, I got the offer of $15 statement credit back from select purchases. Then I received the offer enrollment confirmation email from Chase about 5% back exactly as OP. It is really confusing.

Got the email earlier from my Prime Visa and added it today. Very similar categories to Discover, but it includes restaurants too👍🏾

Got $15 statement credit when you spend $100 in select BILL PAY categories from 5/1 to 6/30: fitness clubs & gym memberships ; utilities ; local transit & commuting ; phone, cable & internet services ; insurance.

From my Freedom card, I got spend $99+ at Max (Cinemax) until 9/31 and get $25 statement credit (or $35 for Chase Reserve cards).
