tp that was bought pre-pandemic.
I had 2 pallets of crap "2 ply" recycled-2k rolls. They were slight money makers at Menards-my family of 5 has finally gotten thru!

I would jump on this for the charmin but I am still using tp that was bought pre-pandemic. Probably have enough for 2-3 more years still.

I bought it all through amazon and target, much lower than what it goes for now and I have given away probably 150 or more rolls to family and still have that much. Big Grin
The wife is happy (for now) though whenever we are at the store and see the pricing now

It asks for UPC code. 'The 12-digit UPC code from the back or bottom of your product package.' Does that mean I can only submit form after package delivered?

Yes....unless you find it in a store and make a note of the code. You may also find the code if you check other stores online. It's also possible that it's on the P&G website.

If you do, you have to buy $65 worth at Target because Target produces receipt as though you got discounts on the products, which dips below the rebate threshold. (e.g. Instead of showing $50 purchase plus $15 GC, it'lll say $35 + $15 GC as if you paid for GC).
