As for price, it's been always in $40's regularly, not sure if anywhere else has something similar to this liek harbor freight etc. Is this good for marble/etc like steps or pathways? Or can I just use regular tip to clear. I also plan to power wash my garage but I wonder and doubt if I even have enough PSI to make a dent.
I also remember someone saying get the wheeled ones, is it that much better?

I would look at your pressure washer model's psi. Says this attachment is compatible with up to 2100 psi
