Check the "Step 3" details of the page for more info. And note their policy of "you maintained an account balance at or above that Deposit Amount for 90 days following the Initial Funding Period".
Meaning 100% of the balance you want the bonus to be paid out against must be in the account between at least 15 days after account opening, through day 105. Day 106 should be fine to do with it as you like, unless "your account is in default, closed or suspended, or otherwise not in good standing, you will not receive the bonus".
