I been trying for the pass two hours. But keeps telling me the payment doesn't process and to change form of payment. But total amount is $0.?

I get the same all the time. You have to switch credit cards and methods ie PayPal until it works.

Sometimes it just doesn't work. Usually mobile or the app won't work but desktop will. Atom is kinda horrible imo

What does "Must cancel tickets if you cannot attend" imply? In the past, I have not attended and I never canceled. Nothing happened. Is this some new policy? Like they will try to charge you if you don't cancel?
