I hated it too.
I called in and now I am able to login.
I still can't fund because they have some issues (forgot the exact error message).
Will try again tomorrow to fund money.
I've had the account for 5 days now.
Every time I try to login, it forced me to CALL them and wait on hold for a special security code.
For 5 entire business days I cannot connect an external bank account to fund anything. It simply says "Technical Error, please try again later or call us". I caved and called them twice. Today they said idk your account looks fine. They gave me the phone number to a 3rd party they use to do bank account verification. I call this other place, and there is a voicemail message that says they are overwhelmed with calls and to try again at a later time.

Login issues. Constantly need to call Schwab. Uses 3rd parties for core pieces of their website.
Nah. Total garbage company. Would never ever trust my money with them.

My TDA SEP IRA was pushed out to Schwab last year. Reason...we no longer want to maintain SEP at TDA. No problemo...Fidelity gladly accepted the $, and deposited $1000 bonus to the account.
