Ugh I thought we were done with rebates and typing in UPCs and uploading pictures of receipts. At least they don't require us to cut out the UPCs and mail them somewhere. Thanks for sharing but I can't get myself to go back to submitting rebates and then following up on them to make sure I'm paid back. Surely there's a better way for P&G to incentivize customers without having us jump through hoops and send a bunch of personal information.

Assuming 1) you get the rebate and 2) you value the $20 Amazon credit as cash, this is actually a really good deal - $0.00247 per sheet. IIRC, TofuVic's threshold to buy was around $0.00250 per sheet.

I love Costco but man do I hate their TP... I swear rolls never have an easy starting point and never rips at the perf... It is one thing that Sam's is superior on by far.

If you've already used the promotion on a different deal, it won't apply again. See attached screenshot.
I went back to the product page, and next to the $20 promo line there is a checkmark and it states "Redeemed". But I don't see where the $20 is confirmed or how to use it.

We don't have Costco where I live, but Sam's Club Members Mark TP is 45 rolls of 235 sheets for $22.98, which works out to 0.00217 per sheet, which is less than this deal even after the credit and rebate (and no hoops to jump through)

Per reviews on Amazon, this is the narrower 4" wide version of Charmin Ultra Soft that's sold at most stores. Costco sells a wider 4-1/2" wide version. So you're getting more sheets per roll with this deal (283 vs 213 at Costco) but less paper (16.8 sq inches per sheet vs 18.9 sq inches per sheet at Costco). So if you want more sheets and are willing to jump thru all of the hoops to get the final price, this deal is for you. Otherwise Costco is offering a better deal at it's current sale price without jumping thru all the rebate hoops. In-store sale price this week for 30 roll package is $23.49 and online order sale price is $26.99.

With tax it comes to $90+ since I value my time at more than the $15 rebate, canceling its value. At that price, a decent bidet can be had that nearly eliminates the need for toilet paper.

Charmin is scamming you and are super greedy.

They are still riding the supply chain issues bullshit, and inflating their prices. My local BJs has mountains of their toilet paper because their price is absolutely ridiculous. It's 2-3x the other brands of same quality/quantity.

Stop supporting them and buying their toilet paper.
