I bought a surface pro 7 plus off eBay which was certified refurbished with 2 year warranty and just got it today, and the same top area of the touchscreen doesn't work. I can't close tabs in the web browser and it is annoying. The highest up I can touch is to type in the web address. The tablet gets really hot too and it looks like we can't undervolt them anymore.
I am a total of 3 out of 3 of them which are bad. Does anyone else have this trouble?
