This is actually kinda their second tier impact - doesn't have the features of the 14,16,19 and it's actually a little longer. Still a great tool, but the nomenclature is a little confusing.

Yes - Not sure it makes a huge practical difference - the 19 is the top in the US and I think they have a newer one in Japan. The 19 looks smaller than the subcompact.

Did anyone receive this tool from Amazon? When I opened the box it was loose in the box, the belt clip and screw was rattling around, no bag around the tool, nor any cardboard holder for the tool of some sort. Just wondering if I ended up getting a used tool instead of a new one...

Same here. Mine is used too. Construction dust is all over the tool and packaging is damaged.

Will return and buy from HD. They do match Amazon prices.
