Idk my comic shop is tiny and I can't imagine its fun to smash into the store with 400 other nerds.

Libraries let you have 1.
Some have signings and giveaways. I've never seen it too overflowing since it's an all day thing. You go in grab your comics and leave.

I think I went one year and they let you get more free comics if you bought stuff, so there's that too. I go with the whole family so we all can get as many different ones as possible and sometimes go to multiple stores.
