The "Up to 14 Bonus Elite Night Credits" promotional offer (the "Offer") provides you with an opportunity to earn one "Bonus Elite Night Credit" for each Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay during the Offer Period, up to a maximum of seven (7) Bonus Elite Night Credits per stay following registration, on your next two qualifying stays. For each "Bonus Elite Night Credit" you earn under the Offer, you will be credited with an additional Elite Qualifying Night for purposes of determining Elite membership status and Milestone Rewards earned under the IHG One Rewards program in 2024. "Bonus Elite Night Credits" do not qualify as Rollover Nights or as Qualifying Nights for any other purpose or benefit under the IHG One Rewards program. To participate in this Offer, you must be an IHG One Rewards member and must be invited to participate. After receiving an invitation, you must register your member number in advance in order to be eligible for the Offer. The "Offer Period" is from March 28, 2024, through May 23, 2024. A member can only register once. By registering for the Offer, a member is accepting these Terms and Conditions.

After registering, a member can earn up to a maximum of fourteen Bonus Elite Night Credits under this Offer, as follows: one (1) Bonus Elite Night Credit will be awarded to the member's IHG One Rewards account after a Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay during the Offer Period up to a maximum of seven (7) Bonus Elite Night Credits per qualifying stay following registration, on your next two stays. For example, if a member has a stay that results in a total of two (2) Offer-Qualifying Room Nights during the Offer Period, the member would earn two (2) Bonus Elite Night Credits. These Bonus Elite Night Credits are in addition to any base Elite Qualifying Nights the member earns for their stays. As a result, in the above example, in addition to the two (2) Bonus Elite Night Credits, the member would also be credited with two (2) base Elite Qualifying Nights, effectively giving the member credit for 4 Elite Qualifying Nights towards earning Elite status and Milestone Rewards in 2024. To be an "Offer-Qualifying Room Night" under this Offer, the room night must fall within the Offer Period and must be part of a Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay. As noted above, the "Offer Period" is from March 28, 2024, through May 23, 2024. Room nights outside of the Offer Period are not included, and room nights that are part of a stay that was completed prior to registration for the Offer also are not included.

For purposes of this Offer, a "Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stay" is defined as a minimum one (1) night stay at a participating hotel booked under a Qualifying Rate, with a total spend exceeding $30 USD (or local equivalent) per night and a check-out date within 45 days following the conclusion of the Offer Period. Participating hotels include all IHG® Hotels & Resorts, with the exception of those Six Senses® Hotels Resorts Spas and Iberostar Beachfront Resorts that do not participate in the IHG One Rewards program. Stays booked using Reward Nights or Points & Cash are not Promotion Eligible Qualifying Stays for purposes of this Offer. Bookings made through on-line travel agencies or other reservation sites such as bo oki ng .co m or exp ed ia .c om also do not qualify under this Offer. If more than one member who registered for the Offer checks into the same room, only one member is eligible to earn Bonus Elite Night Credits under this Offer based on those nights that qualify.
