This weekend is when they roll out the brand new Target Circle. Which is going to have a Amazon Prime or Walmart+ style option with Same Day Shipping for $99 a year. Apparently we don't have to clip the deals anymore. There will just be thousands of Circle deals automatically added to the items that we are buying when they scan our barcode at checkout. I wonder if they will still have the four item limit that Circle deals used to have, since it sounds like they are getting rid of the Circle coupon limit with the redesign of how everything works. You used to only be able to load something like 75 different Circle deals to your wallet at once, and if you went over that, the app would make you remove one. Edit: I figured that I would post this here too, in case people don't know about the change over on Sunday.
Can't wrap my head around the fact that someone at target is going to get a promotion because they 'successfully' changed the name of the credit card from "target red card" to "target circle card"
here in nyc, target outsources local deliveries to a delivery company target franchises, similar to what amazon does with it's drivers. i talked to one of them (retired guy with a van) and they get paid and treated adequately from target so there's less need to provoke tips from recipients.

I personally stopped using Amazon fresh when they raised the minimum purchase to $100 here. The $35 threshold at Target for delivery is more practical for me.

Does Walmart + have perks like Target circle offers? This week I was offered $10 reward with $70 purchase
EEK! $100 minimum purchase for Amazon Fresh? I would have done the same as you.

From time to time, Walmart will have "Walmart cash" offers that usually only show up for W+ members. Other than that, the perks are different. I personally enjoy the free delivery from the store with a $35 order or free shipping with no minimum. I've attached a screenshot of what they're currently offering.

You also can't sort them by discount now though... and they're hard to see what's available. Not a fan

Yeah, I don't disagree. They made good changes, and bad changes.

I liked being able to go through the coupons to see which ones would stack and make items very cheap. It doesn't seem like you can actually do that anymore. Then again their promotions have gotten worse the closer we got to the rollout of the "new" program. Gone are the days where they'd give me 20% back or off for spending as little as $50, replaced by garbage promotions like "get $30 back for spending $270 over three transactions". 🤮

Then again it seems like a trend that many retailers with rewards programs are making them actively worse over time. Whether it's Best Buy, where you don't even get reward points anymore unless you use their credit card, Gamestop cutting or changing facets of theirs or the changes Target have made they've all changed for the worse for the average customer.
