Called to order through customer service but order didn't go through.

You're getting that reply because your browser couldn't connect to the authentication server Metro uses.
Could be an adblocker, host file, etc. Or even your ISP could be doing it.
The simple answer is to turn off any and all adblockers, script blockers etc.
When everything is working correctly you'll see three challenge questions to authenticate your identity.
And before you say it, yes they do this even if you've already logged in with your Metro account to purchase the tablet. It seems they do the three challenge questions on every order regardless of whether you're already a customer or not.
To sum it up, you need to find what's blocking the connection to that authentication server. I found that turning off all adblocking etc, and opening an incognito tab on my phone, which had WIFI off, and connecting through my mobile network fixed this problem several times.

For new customer it's $40.
For existing customers there is multi line discount which drops the A15 to $30 with port in.
was looking to get a n30.
i would rather not port in. rather get a new #.
but difference is huge.

As is just Incoming SMS will work, outgoing MAYBE, no calls- for this the only somewhat decent options are Doogee brand and some ACP tablets.
You can't even go to a local Sam store- they only carry wifi models usually, leaving the cellular model sales to the big carriers.

Can you suggest Samsung intl model that supports native call recording without installing external app. I did buy a Samsung intl model from amazon but no call recording in that model. Thanks

Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Israel, Laos, Libya, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tunisia, Ukraine, Vietnam.
Search xda forums for samsung change CSC (country code).
FYI i noticed Doogee tablets lately have decent specs & native call/text. I'm gonna pay a local Asian a visit to see if there's a viable solution on whatever brand. I'll post here.

5G GSM Model. My only tablet is/was HP touchpad. The reviewer on youtube suggested samsung support their tablet longer than others. so any issues would be fixed in future updates.
I am not looking for intense gaming. just reading and browsing and online videos.
