- $300,000 for married couples filing jointly
- $225,000 for heads of households
- $150,000 for all other filers
- The tax credit is not refundable, which means one must have federal tax due to take advantage of it. If the tax due is less than the credit amount, one can only claim the credit up to the amount of the tax due.

There's a pattern with Tesla threads here. I don't care if you all wanna discuss the deal or the cars but it always turns into paaaages and paaaages of bickering back and forth and nobody ,except for the few involved, enjoy that or wanna wade through that. Full-coverage car insurance for 2022 Tesla vehicles costs an average of $3,007 per year or $251 each month. This makes Tesla auto insurance premiums approximately 50% pricier than for the average vehicle with a full-coverage policy.
How many times does this need to be debunked, specifically to you, before you stop reposting something that misleading?
the 'average' is a useless figure here as, again, you personally have had explained to you many times.
The highest prices were almost $4500 for insurance (from Geico and Allstate). The lowest was just over $1500 (USAA).
Several more were 1800-2200... which is right at the average they cite 3k as being 50% above.
Citing an "average" because out of 7 there were two INSANELY HIGH quotes is flat out dishonest.
Also, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's (NHTSA) are currently looking into a safty matter regarding doors not openning.
Fisker could be gone, wait and see. Tesla is here to stay, deal with the "deals" as they come and go.
"New" cars will ALWAYS have miles on them in the USA as the government requires the dealships to test drive them before they place them up for sale.
