For now...but that is always the problem with OS's and other apps progressively getting bigger. It has a limited lifespan based on software.

I've had a 64GB 2018 iPad Pro 12.9 since release. Used it only as a media consumption device and it still works fine for that job. It depends on the use case. If you're just using it as a screen to watch stuff 64GBs will work. Hell Windows 11 only takes up about 21GBs so how much could an iPad OS take?

An Ipad "pro" for media only? That kinda wastes the pros' capabilities no? This deals M1 would also be kinda wasted being used for media only. Regular Ipads used to come with 16 and 32gb variants. The 16gb ones cannot update IOS anymore as it requires more than 16gb to do so. I imagine that fate will come to the 32gb models soon.

I also have a ipad pro from 2022 for kids' apps. Drawing boards and fake slime etc. I like the screen size and somewhat portable. Yea a bit wasteful for they don't make a 12.9 inch ipad…
