i ordered this as part of my last month's S&S. they packed the bag of chips in a large box that included jars of spaghetti and other stuff. the spaghetti was wrapped in enough bubble wrap to survive gaza. the chips were just right there in the middle of the box.
i did a quick amazon chat and they refunded it. if you want a bag that's got a few actual chips and then a bunch of crouton/salad toppers, which will also be free if you contact amazon, this is pretty much the perfect deal.
I regret getting these last time they went on sale for this. I'm not a difficult man please, but these are absolutely awful. They taste like sea salt and vinegar with a tiny hint of spicy.
Anyone who says these have only a hint of spice is telling lies. Nacho Doritos have a hint of spice. I'll eat jalapeno kettle chips all day long but these are fiery hot, I find them to be very unpleasant to eat even in small quantities, and don't taste good to boot. Would not buy again if they were 50 cents. You've been warned.
On the other hand, if you are the type of person that can't find anything in the chip aisle hot enough for you, then go for it.
Sunflower and canola oil. Great. Can't just put one seed oil in these things, have to make it two! No wonder I immediately lose 5+ pounds when I travel to other countries, they don't poison their food with whatever this crap is.
