I'd stick with lifepo4. It has better voltage stability. The non ones will drop below voltage threshold before it's fully discharged and some devices will stop working.

I want a battery pack for the sump pump when power is out. Is it a good choice for that purpose? Thank you.

We are in the early days of these anyway with constantly improving battery technology. You will want to upgrade in 2 years from now anyway.

For me, at least at this moment, there is a "save $100" box to click on Walmart's listing for this, so, $399.

Agreed. I went with a no-name alternative [cooflypower.com] with LiFePO4, higher capacity, and $100 less (and no tax for me). Much slower charging though, which is not an issue for me.

For the electric geeks, if I have a fridge that uses 127 watts per hour on average, how long will this power station keep it going? (it is a 115volt fridge) Chat GPT thinks 90 hours or so, but that seems too long.

Thoughts?

I asked it to double check it's work, and now it came up with 10.7 hours. That seems more believable.

Haha 😂, something called as gas generator that uses gasoline.
Solar generator is using solar to charge. It seems not a problem 😂🌞
