I started with singles to do kb swings years ago (both hands on single kb) and I regret not getting a pair

50 lb one is decent. I have one that I don't like the shape of the handle (too narrow), this one looks like it will be more comfortable.

I still keep an eye out for that someday. I can't believe I missed it.

If that ever comes back I'm getting six.

I doubt that it's ever going to come back though they probably had a ton of inventory at the time and we're just trying to clear up space.

I just stopped by my local Dick's to pick up a 20, 25 and 30. The grip feels good and there's enough room for both hands to hold for swings. I've been shopping around and this is a decent deal on non-coated KBs.

FWIW the color/patterns on them are all pretty different. Different shades of grey. The numbers are also not the same size (one of them even looks like a different font). If you're someone who prefers consistency in this way, I would pass.

$1 per # is a great price for new with no shipping and from a reputable brand. Used great price in great condition is $.50 per #.

Weider is a great brand. Material is Cast Iron. Store is Dick's Sporting Goods (you can stack rewards). All pluses.

You can google some programming, most will show single kettlebell exercises. They are unwieldy single-handed for some exercises.
