I see it in Socal. Their app is confusing because it won't appear in menu->special offers. Look at checkout, or go to rewards->my offers.

Yep, I find it funny that we now have the worse kfc out of all the countries when we are the one who started it. This is a classic case when a company just compete on price instead of quality and it fails its consumers. Though, when I am looking for a cheap eat, it's still not a bad option at $10 a bucket.

The deal stated here says to click on the banner. I see the offer in the banner at the top of the home page but the banner slides away and other things are shown. Either:
  • wait for the offer to show
  • refresh the page
  • just click on the first (tiny) circle
