Does anyone has this? Does it also has loud fan noise? I bought similar from last month Costco deal and returned it because it has loud CPU fan noise mostly all the time when suing the laptop.

Was it loud because it was running and indexing with high CPU use? That's what often happens and people return them before letting all the updates and indexing finish.

This is their base, entry level model. 3000 series Inspirion. You get what you pay for.

I only stick to Latitude and not their base model Latitudes.

During initial setup/software updates etc, it definitely was very loud and annoying. But after all done, I used multiple times just Chrome browser and it will make fan noise (not high loud but medium loud). Also had some zoom meetings and the fan was running continuously making noise. Then when I searched this issue on google, lot of forums/threads came up with same issue. Which made me feel it's an issue and planned to return.
