what is good about any camera with a power wire? "renewed" at that.
poe is a lot easier to wire as you dont have to worry about code or fire risk. battery is a lot more convenient.
The power cord on these cameras is long enough that even you could "maybe" figure it out. I had five arlo rechargeable battery cameras. What a PITA to get out the extension ladder every month to move it around to every corner of my house just to replace the batteries. Not to mention, they don't do continuous recording/overwriting. They only record when triggered by motion or sound in a tiny area that I have to set in the app. I replaced 5 battery cameras with two of these. With Eufy wired cameras, I put a 128 gb micro sd card and it records continuously with about two weeks worth of 2K footage. I leave the spotlight on 24/7. How long do you think a battery powered camera will last with all these features? I'll wait...........
Be careful with Anker Direct refurbs. I've bought 3 "refurbs" from Anker Direct, and 2 of the 3 never went through their cleaning, inspection, and refurbishment process. They were obviously amazon returns that hadn't been inspected because they came with (literally) chewed up 256gb amazon basics memory cards that weren't even compatible with the cameras - this model has a limitation of 128gb max; when shipped new, this camera comes with a 32gb Kingston brand memory card. Additionally, the 2 problematic "refurb" returns were covered in dirt, traces of unknown fluid, and general nastiness. They shipped directly from Ankers warehouse in California.
The 3rd refurb arrived basically new, (relatively) unopened, and unused - the main problem was the box had been ripped and torn in several places and just generally looked like it had seen better days. The camera itself was unscathed and still had the original protective film over the body/lens on the front. It came with all-original and unused accessories, including the 32gb Kingston brand memory card.

There's a starting point... Getting this model open is a bit harder, I've thought about making a tiktok or post about it.
