You're not wrong. If you currently have a Samsung tablet that you love and are just looking to upgrade, you'll generally get better deals trading it in to good ol' Sammy in the states. If you have an old IPad, you most likely won't like the change in ecosystem. However, if you have the oldest tabs that Google is accepting trade-ins for, like the S6 Lite, you do get a better trade-in deal here.

If you're gonna go around simping for Apple, then at least update your info.
I currently have the 9th gen iPad with the apple keyboard. That combination of hardware is just enough to keep the iPad around for the rare occasions i need a large screen but im to lazy to go get a laptop. I do miss the integration with my phone (pixel 8). If they would release a decent folding keyboard case for the Pixel tablet, I would give it a shot.
