Just an fyi, this tablet will get 1 year free of GoodNotes. Unfortunately, the AI handwriting feature is exclusive to Apple devices.

I hit the chat bubble and the CSR sent me a link to checkout that had the correct numbers showing. I did it twice yesterday for a FE 256GB and a S9+, both with trade in. It was a very quick process. I wonder if they know there is something going on with their website.

I signed in and added to cart on my S23 Ultra, giving me the discount. Then I signed in on Firefox on my desktop and the discount was still there in the cart. This let me checkout with cashback. Nice deal! I went with the cheapest S9 FE 128GB/6GB because there's a good chance I'll trade it in for something else down the line.

I just tried with customer service and they told me no that is a slickdeal. You only get it if you get an email specifically to you whatever that means, but it didn't work for me.

I had the same issue and I used the chat feature to ask an agent about the price discrepancy. They put it in my cart with the discount. I was able to pick it up at my local Best Buy. I had it in my hands an hour later.

My order already shipped out, for the trade in do we need to include the pen?

Edit: the pen only has to be included for phone trade in. If trading in a tablet or computer, the pen does not need to be included (per Samsung trade in policies)
