Woot had the Blink two camera certified refurbished kit comes with sync module for $50. I use mine with a USB memory stick and don't need their subscription service.

I replaced the battery with rechargeable 1.5 AA lithium batteries, and they seem to work for at least a year.

Why? Base on the comments, free cloud storage is base on account creation date, not on model of device, even you buy used one from eBay, you won't get free cloud storage if you didn't create account before.

Nope, I had previously ordered from gen2 XT and gave my friend and installed recently, it has free cloud storage with new account
