Yea shipping is kind of slow. But they've never failed to deliver even if it takes three weeks and customer service has always been pretty helpful. I've never not received my products and I've ordered a ton of stuff off both their website and eBay. The quality for their sale prices is kind of wild.

Just bought 3 items including the duffel , but for some reason, the WELCOME15 discount didn't apply for the duffel. No problem for the other 2 items.

Yes. I've ordered from previous sales before and their shipping times are long, but the quality of the items make up for them especially if you get them on a sale like this.

How'd you get the free priority shipping? Hadn't seen that one before.
I've had a Crew Cooler (might be the II, which I don't see anymore) for years. Was great when I used to pack breakfast & lunch for work. Doesn't haven the best insulation, but was nice for organizing things and worked well enough with ice packs.
Going to order the Crew Cooler Jr. personally (I just pack a lunch these days).
