This is a business laptop which you are comparing with a creator laptop, two totally different classes of laptops. This is more compact with a 14" footprint compared to a much larger 15.6" VivoBook. Despite the VivoBook having a larger batter, this has significantly more runtime which makes sense and is suited for, again, a business laptop as the person would probably be using it on the go and hence might benefit with 5G too, which this laptop has.
While the VivoBook is definitely a great deal and your points stand, it is not at all comparable to this and was unnecessary to mention here. If I was a businessman or corporate, I wouldn't even look at the VivoBook for my needs.
Ditch Apple, you won't look back.
Everything that was going for Apple has already been implemented into Windows and Android.

Personally I'd wait for a similar sale on the Intel version (Dragonfly Elite G4) which doesn't have any of the Pro's downsides, is smaller, and has more ports.

The Vivo ^ has a vastly faster CPU with an AI NPU, larger SSD, 3k resolution 400-600nits 120hz OLED screen, better integrated graphics, weighs less while having a 15% larger battery, better I/O (including an actual headphone jack and HDMI)
