I'm looking for a cheap laptop to use when traveling not day to day use. Just using for web browsing. These are the current 2 cheapest I've found that have all usb/hdmi ports needed.

I would look at the dell refurbished web site to tell the truth. A cheap laptop will not travel well due to the flimsy/cheap chassis.
