Everybody thinks their packs are resealed when they get a dud box. I don't think its nearly as common as everyone makes it sound like. I've managed to never get any and I buy a LOT of cards.

It's scummy people leaving negative reviews hoping to get a refund or a reship to get another chance at gambling.
Don't most unwanted sets go down to $30

100 💯 accurate. People are desperate, especially when overpaying to begin with.
