Yes, I agree that this is a good deal. This tool works great for breaking up small amounts of cement, putting in handrails on cement steps, etc. It has done everything that I have thrown at it.
As for toolup, I have bought from them many times without any problems.
I've had one of these for a few years. It does great! Used it for drilling a number of holes and stuff for concrete anchors and smaller holes for Tapcons. Also used it as a chisel for removing old tile and mortar.
If you plan to drill into concrete a lot, do yourself a favor and get drill bits designed to go through concrete and rebar and this will shred right through them with ease!
This thing is a beast! I've had one for years and if you are doing anything with block, brick, or concrete chances are this thing can either drill, drive through, or destroy it. I've beat it up and it still works great.
