You get W cash back regardless of how you pay when deal is "buy X and get W cash". I used W cash on 4 accounts for this deal and got cash back on all of them. You don't get W cash back when deal is "spend $x and get W cash" unless you actually spend the amount necessary before tax is included, and after using all coupons, codes and Walgreens cash the amount paid still meets the threshold to earn Walgreens cash back….hope this mess of an explanation makes sense lol
