There is an infuriating amount of literal trash in this, especially plastics. The rest is mostly mulch.

My assumption is that miracle gro licenses this out to different manufacturers regionally (I doubt they're shipping dirt cross country). If you're in the northeast, open a bag or two before you buy an entire pallet.
Yes. If you do a 1:1 mix with potting mix.
Works well for both queen size and king size

It will depend on the area - they are made at local soil plants. Call the number on the back, they will replace it.
