No these are for metal, wood, plastics…what you need are masonry bits for concrete walls.

I have this same set. The bits are good - super sharp. I've cut myself (minor) trying to pull them out of the holder which is my only minor complaint about the case and tension holding bits in place.

This is a good deal for $11.

Not only do you need masonry bits, as others have said, but I strongly recommend a hammer drill as well. Cutting holes with a standard drill is very slow and painful, even with proper masonry bits
