I have tried a new credit card, new address, and new name. They still know I'm not a new customer.
At first, i made a new email and put a random address .. if activating the account, i just change the address.

You don't have to go to customer svc for a member card nomo. They want you to download the app & use that as your credentials to get through the door and buy groceries or gas.
I finally got it to work though. I used my dad's phone number and a bogus credit card address (which I was surprised it accepted). Then it worked.
Cancelling your Membership
Members may cancel their Membership at any time in Clubs or by calling 1-888-746-7726. Members may cancel enrollment in the Auto-renew Program at any time in Clubs, by calling 1-888-746-7726, or online through their account. Members with a Sam's Club Credit Account who are automatically billed for Membership renewal via that Account may also be required to contact the card issuer to unenroll from the automatic billing program.

Sam's club has Froyo for $1 and it is delicious.. Their hot dog combo is $1.45, and they also have some Meh pizza.. My usual go-to is the Froyo, and the hot pretzel. Or the churro
I would buy this deal in a heartbeat if they had one in my town.
