At $750 this is already the cheapest I've seen a 4070ti super 16gb (they're normally closer to $800 on sale), so if you stack cb and have an amex offer available this is a very good deal.

That sounds like a pretty good deal. This trades blow with 7900XT and got DLSS
if you have some AMEX cards you can likely get this down to $560 including tax!
AMEX offered me $120 back on $599+ and also another card had $40 back on $200+.
You can split payment will dell, i ordered a $10 mouse as filler to get the total above $800 (after tax).
$800 (after tax and filler) - $80 (CB) - $120 (AMEX Offer 1) - $40 (AMEX offer 2) = $560
I have Samsung 57" and I play Forza 5. With 4090 I got around 110 FPS at Extreme settings and with 7900xtx I got around 85 FPS when I tested a month ago with Gigabyte 4090 OC and Sapphire Nitro 7900xtx.
Not sure what FPS I will get with 4070 Ti Super.
