    • A mysterious new substance was discovered on the remote planet, Rubicon 3. As an energy source, this substance was expected to advance humanity's technological and communications capabilities. Instead, this substance caused a catastrophe that engulfed the planet and the surrounding stars in flames and storms, forming a Burning Star System. Almost half a century later, the same substance resurfaced on Rubicon 3, a planet now contaminated and sealed off by the catastrophe. Extra-terrestrial corporations and resistance groups fight over control of the substance. Outside of some one off deal, it's pretty unlikely. FromSoft games generally don't go below $29.99. I've actually been watching the price for this and this is the cheapest Ive seen since the one off deal I got from secondipidity ($30) a few weeks after release.

TY OP. $30 was the realistic price point I was holding out for. I don't see this being much cheaper. Even on Black Friday I think at cheapest this will be $24.99.

I'm a big Fromsoft fan, but I bounced off of this one. I don't think it's a bad game in any way. Games of this nature (entirely mission-based, strategizing prior to each mission) rarely hook me. I felt no sense of world building, and it didn't help that the environments are about as beautiful and intriguing as a commercial warehouse. The boss fights were shaping up to be something special (I had just beaten the first roadblock boss) but everything else was too bland. I lost interest in the same way I would with any Fire Emblem game.

I had a similar vibe. Some missions and bosses stood out for sure but the environments were largely gray and flat. This isn't an instant play for any Souls fan because it is very different but its still enjoyable in its own way.

Rage game. Played this for awhile after it was released. Boss fights and a lot of the levels are very technical for getting past them.
