The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of any one of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands (collectively, the "Territory") who are at least sixteen years of age at the time of participation
There is a limit of one Entry per person/valid email/mobile number via App or AMOE Page throughout the Promotion Period.
One "Grand Prize": The winner of the Grand Prize, subject to verification, will receive a prize consisting of one electric vehicle made by Fisker Inc.— a Fisker Ocean One (Launch Edition) all-electric SUV with exterior color in Blue Planet Metallic Gloss with a Sea Salt White Alcantara color interior, 22" F3a Slipstream wheels and 360 miles range, including destination and delivery costs ("Vehicle"), ARV: $71,437. This car includes a limited-edition badge validating it is an authentic Fisker Ocean One Launch Edition. The winner will also receive a check for $30,615.86, that winner can use for taxes and/or misc. charges. The total ARV of the Prize is $102,052.86. A winner (or their parent/legal guardian if winner is a Minor) must claim the prize within two business days of notification and Prize Claim Documents must be completed and returned within five business days of receipt. Once verified as a winner, the winner will be notified when the Prize is ready for delivery. Vehicle will ship from San Francisco, California to the verified winner's address listed in the Prize Claim Documents and may take up to three weeks for delivery. Prize is subject to Additional Prize Terms below.
