How can I submit without mailing anything? Circle the product(s) you purchased on the receipt and take a photo of the entire receipt.

Why won't my receipt upload?

The file size limit per photo is 25MB and the format can be JPG, PNG, GIF, PDF.

How can I find the status of my submission?

On the main page, use "Check Existing Submission." Enter your submission number, email address, phone number or your first and last name + zip code.

Why didn't I find my submission status?

It may be that your submission is still being processed.
You will not be able to see your status information until your submission has been processed.
For mail in submissions this is normally 6-8 weeks. Online or SMS submissions are processed much faster.

What is a Submission Number?

It is a unique number assigned to each submission during processing in order to help identify and track individual submissions.

The number for your submission can be found when you use "check existing submission" by entering your information to see the status of your rebate.

Providing your number when contacting Consumer Care can help us find your submission faster. You will also see this number included in communications from us regarding your submission.

May I mail all of my submissions in the same envelope?

No. In order for the submissions to be processed correctly each one must be mailed individually.

Why was my submission declared invalid due to "duplicate submissions"?

The offer in which you are participating limits the number of submissions that can be received from the same household/address/person. Your submissions exceed the allowable limit.
