But could this unit Continuously be used non-stop doing day time if solar power panels are connected or does this unit need to be off in order to re-charge
It can supply power while being charged but the power from a solar panel is probably not going to be high enough to sustain your ps5 and tv

4.9 days x 3 = 14.7 days (assume 8 hrs perfect sun per day)
14.7 x 1.25 = 18.4 days (assume 25% conversion loss)
