Ikea currently has some daily promos going on for their in-store restaurant. One of the best deals is on Tuesdays - Ikea Family members (free to join) can get any adult hot entree for $3.99. Other deals are posted below. Offer good until 8/31/2024. The cashier indicated that each person doesn't need to be an Ikea Family member - as long as one party shows their membership, you can all order with the promo pricing. As for the meatball entree, I believe it's for the 8 piece (not valid for the largest portion size).

Daily specials:

Monday: Go meatless with 8-piece veggie & plant ball plates for $3
Tuesday: Get any hot entrée for $3.99
Wednesday: Get 2 free kid's entrées when you buy 1 adult entrée
Thursday: Get $1 off Swedish meatballs
Friday: All customers get 50% off all hot entrées

Terms:
*Offers in-restaurant only through August 31, 2024. Valid in the U.S. at participating IKEA Swedish Restaurants only while supplies last. Not valid in locations without Swedish Restaurants. Offers are as follows: 1) Mondays, 8 piece plant ball and veggie ball plates are $3.00 plus tax for IKEA Family; 2) Tuesdays, all hot adult entrees are $3.99 plus tax for IKEA Family; 3) Wednesdays, two kids' entrees free when you purchase an adult entrée (maximum of 2 kids meals per adult meal purchased) for IKEA Family; 4) Thursdays, all Swedish meatball plates are $1 off for IKEA Family; and 5) Fridays, all meatball entrees (veggie ball, plant ball, and Swedish meatball) and hot adult entrées are 50% off for all customers. Not valid online. Discount applied pre-tax at register. Other restrictions may apply. See store for details.

Wow I feel attacked. I love the meatballs + gravy & sauce. Now on Tuesdays I gotta decide between IKEA and KFC, hmm 🤔🤔
For my family, going to Ikea restaurant is only for super special occasions, like birthdays and anniversaries. We put on our nicest clothes and hop on a bus to Ikea. Everyone loves it there!
Swedish balls and the jelly are my fav.. i hit ikea every now snd then for the long walk and a meal

It's not a bad deal compared to their regular prices. I remember when their food was good, their salads came with good dressing but now they have those industrial vats of unrefrigerated ranch which is subpar. They downgraded everything to about college-cafeteria quality food and lowered their standards to where the eating area is always dirty. It's a shame because I used to enjoy eating there.

The salmon meal is actually pretty good, especially for $4

Get the kids a tender meal to split + get some steps in. I'd call that a win

oof that's a rough choice. Ikea can be a bit of a change of pace if I'm shopping there. If I have to eat KFC, I'd rather just not eat.

they had swedish or plant based meatballs, lemon cod, salmon or chicken tenders meal last time i was there. sides were mashed potatoes, peas, assorted veggies, broccoli, and mac and cheese.

i've had all of those at one point or another, and you can't beat it for under $5.

you can't even get a fast food meal for that. last time i went for a whopper combo, it was $8.99.

the only odd thing for me is they won't put it in a takeout box... you have to ask for a box at the register, then box it yourself. seems to me they could save a dirty plate or two just putting it in the box directly to begin with.

So that's not the regular menu board price.

To be fair, neither is this.

Can someone post the current Ikea restaurant menu prices so we can figure out the full price of adult and kids entrees?

Every meal is $10 except for the plant and veggie balls ($9 and $8) and the salmon which is $11.99. The menu display shows the discounted price of $3.99 for all of them. Extra meatballs is $1.50. Nothing else on the menu is discounted other than the main entrees.

Prices are in Southern California.

Last time I ate at IKEA, they put so little food on our plates I will never go back.
I checked the other customers' plates and they too got tiny servings.
Better to raise the price than pull this shrinkflation crap.

I stopped getting breakfast tacos at one place because of that. They started giving only a small ice cream scoop of eggs. I complained about it and area manager said that is not how it is done and amount of eggs is wrong. I said but it is over several trips and showed him the photos. Never been back even for the free order he offered.

Yup. That's anti-slick-deals in that we're going to have to track how much we pay per portion size over time. Could be that we're paying more now than before per ounce of food (weight or volume) than before.
I don't think this IKEA deal is a deal if they short us on the quantity the way they did last time.
