Asus seems to have some challenges with QC on this generation too. I would make sure that it's working ASAP.
Amazon does not do price match. Your only option is to return and rebuy.

In terms of specs, yes. It has 2.5gbe, 4 dimm slots, and mostly full pcie exposed.
These ASUS low end boards aren't the greatest in terms of reliability unless you are using a low tdp chip.
